  • Veritas will join existing shareholders Temasek and Warburg Pincus in supporting the company's growth strategy.

  • GHX's cloud-based platform digitizes and automates complex healthcare supply chain processes, serving Gartner's top 25 U.S. healthcare systems and the top 30 global medical-surgical suppliers.

  • The company has delivered over $27 billion in savings over the past three years through AI-driven automation and intelligent decision support capabilities.
