Emergent Cold LatAm Expands Brazil Network with São Paulo Acquisition Emergent Cold Latin America (Emergent Cold LatAm) has acquired a new storage facility in São Paulo's Guarulhos region. Located near the main international airport and key distribution routes, the facility covers 51,000 square meters. It includes a tri-temperature operation for Martin Brower and another area providing 27,500 pallets of cold storage for the food supply chain. This acquisition is part of Emergent Cold LatAm's expansion in Brazil, with plans for more strategic investments in São Paulo and an upcoming acquisition in Rio de Janeiro.
