Emergent Cold announces construction of a refrigerated warehouse in Guadalajara, Mexico Emergent Cold Latin America has announced the construction of a new 18,000-pallet-position food warehouse in Guadalajara, Mexico.

  • The new facility will be strategically located to serve the BajĂ­o region, which is a key agricultural and industrial area in the country.

  • The warehouse will feature advanced refrigeration technology and automation systems to ensure optimal storage conditions for perishable goods. It will have multiple temperature-controlled environments, including frozen, chilled, and ambient zones.

  • The project represents a significant investment by Emergent Cold Latin America to expand its logistics network and cold chain capabilities in Mexico.

Maersk opens the doors to its largest Logistics Park at Jeddah Islamic Port in Saudi Arabia Maersk has announced the development of its largest logistics park in Saudi Arabia, strategically located at the Jeddah Islamic Port.

  • This ambitious project, set to open in 2025, represents a significant investment in the Kingdom's logistics infrastructure and aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

  • The Logistics Park will feature 100,000 sq.m. of warehousing space, 15,000 pallet positions dedicated to cold storage, and advanced inventory management systems.
