United Nations and Industry Team to Announce 2024 World Cold Chain Symposium: “Building a Sustainable Cold Chain” The 2024 World Cold Chain Symposium, organized by the Global Food Cold Chain Council (GFCCC) and UNEP’s OzonAction, will take place on October 26, 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand.
This annual event focuses on "Building a Sustainable Cold Chain" and aligns with the 36th Montreal Protocol Meeting.
Sponsored by Carrier Global Corporation, it will feature discussions on critical areas such as technology, financing, and capacity building for sustainable cold chains.
The symposium will bring together experts from the private sector, government, academia, and international organizations.
Sessions will cover key topics including the impact of cold chains, training challenges, and financing mechanisms.
