Cryoport Systems launches new facility in Paris, France Cryoport Systems has opened a new 55,000 sq ft Global Supply Chain Center in Louvres, France, near Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
This facility is the third in Cryoport's GSCC network and provides end-to-end temperature-controlled supply chain solutions for the life sciences industry.
The center is immediately operational, offering 24-hour worldwide dispatch capabilities and logistics support for biopharma products, including cell and gene therapies, biologics, animal health, and reproductive medicine.
In coming months, the facility will expand to include BioServices, biostorage, QP drug management, and Importer of Record services to support both clinical and commercial therapy programs.
The Paris location strengthens Cryoport's ability to serve European and global markets with secure, compliant handling of temperature-sensitive commodities. (PR Newswire)
Arla and Maersk expand partnership with new cold store facility in Denmark Arla Foods and Maersk are expanding their two-decade partnership with a new dedicated coldstore facility in Taulov/Fredericia, Denmark, set to open next summer.
Maersk is retrofitting one unit of its existing warehouse to create a 9,100 sq m temperature-controlled storage space for Arla's dairy products under an initial ten-year contract.
The facility, part of Denmark's first BREEAM Excellence certified newbuild, will feature two temperature-controlled chambers operating at 2°C and 5°C with strict separation.
This addition complements Maersk's existing services for Arla, which include ocean and air freight, customs services, and inland transportation across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. (Maersk)

The campaign highlights CCT's Smart Solutions offering, which extends beyond standard container compliance to provide measurable improvements in efficiency, visibility, and operational intelligence.
The suite delivers value across four critical phases: Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Optimization, incorporating real-time asset tracking, predictive analytics, customized customer support, and seamless system integration.
CCT has also launched a new Smart Solutions hub page to provide customers with easy access to explore and integrate these services tailored to their specific needs.
According to Paul DellaVilla, Director of Digital Solutions & Services at CCT, the campaign shifts focus from container specifications to service excellence, emphasizing that true differentiation in the industry comes from data-driven capabilities and comprehensive support services. SCGJWD Logistics implements roadmap expanding cold storage investment SCGJWD Logistics PCL, a major logistics and supply chain provider in Thailand, is expanding its cold storage warehouse business beyond the CLMV + China region to Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, strengthening its position as a Cold Chain Hub in ASEAN.
In Indonesia, SCGJWD operates through PT SCG Barito Logistics since 2017, and is looking to form a joint ventures with Samudera Group and other major operators.
The company partnered with Royal Cargo in the Philippines in 2023, which operates over 140,000 sq m of cold storage.
In Malaysia, SCGJWD joined with Swift Haulage Berhad to develop three facilities in Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, and Penang.
The expansion aligns with projected market growth: Indonesia's cold storage market expected to increase 80% by 2027, Philippines 46.5%, Malaysia 29.5%, and Singapore 25.6%.
In Thailand, SCGJWD is investing in ten warehouses across six provinces with plans to expand to Surat Thani and Khon Kaen. (AJOT)
SINGAUTO secures over US$50 million to accelerate global expansion in cold chain logistics SINGAUTO, a Singapore-headquartered cold chain logistics technology company, has closed a funding round exceeding $50 million to accelerate global expansion and advance next-generation refrigerated electric vehicle development.
Key investors include GSR Vision Capital, Delu Capital, Bank of China Asset Management (Singapore), BBG Global, MVGX Tech, and Startech Global Ventures, with the latter two also serving as strategic industry partners.
The funding will support localized assembly operations in international markets and research and development for refrigerated EVs.
Co-founder Chris Chen emphasized the company's "technology + capital" approach and strong position to execute its global market strategy.
GSR Vision Capital highlighted SINGAUTO's innovative model combining advanced EV technology with scalable cold chain solutions.
